Activate Your Account
If your e-Shop (online) account is created before 15th Jan 2024, please activate your account by clicking the button in the email sent by the system and set your password to complete the account creation.
Notice
You can check your existing credits and membership details on the new platform.
Past order history will not be available, you may visit our stores if needed.

Click "My Account" at the menu bar to enter the member login page.
(For website version, look at the top right corner; for mobile version, look inside the menu)
Create Account
At the bottom of the login page, click "Create account".
Verify My Mobile Number
[New Members]
Enter your mobile number that can receive text message.
[Existing Store Members]
Enter your TEA CHÂTEAU Club registered mobile number.
Click "Verify my Mobile Number".
Verification Message
Enter your received one-time verification code, click "Verify".
Confirm your Password
[New Members]
Fill in the required information, and set up a new password and title.
[Existing Store Members]
Fill in the required information using your TEA CHÂTEAU Club registered mobile number and email, and set up a new password and title.
If you wish to receive the latest information of TEA CHÂTEAU, tick "Agree".
When finished, click "Create an Account"
